Policy promotes commercial vehicle electric
In the past five or six years (2015-2019), the relevant ministries have issued some policies in commercial vehicle operations, and vehicle electricity mainly relying on policy, especially financial subsidy policies, and policies have played the main role. For example, the Ministry of Transportation has a special guidance in 2015. It is proposed to 2020, bus, rental, and freight targets are 300,000. In addition, the development of new energy vehicles is guaranteed from the process of use. Especially in the transportation industry, such as the traditional buses have a set of mature detection, operation, maintenance, guarantees of the norms and standards, but this set of things are built from zero. In the past few years, we have introduced a series of standard specifications to ensure new energy operating vehicles, especially during the use of electric buses, daily testing, maintenance, maintenance and other regulations.
Regarding the injective, here, from the perspective of the transportation industry, in 2019, the transportation industry has been promoted by the car close to 1 million vehicles, which has been more than 600,000 goals. For example, the standard of operation passenger cars, the standard of 2016, which requires the operation vehicles greater than 9 meters from April 1, 2018, should be equipped with LDW and FCW; from April 1, 2019, it should be equipped with AEBS, this They have been implemented in the past few years.
The same is a little late for the time of the truck and dangerous goods. In 2017, before and after 2018, the total mass is greater than 18 tons from September 1 last year, and the maximum speed is greater than 90 kilometers, and the function of LDW and FCW should be available. This implementation time should be on May 1 last year, later due to the cause of the epidemic, it has been postponed for more than four months, and it has been implemented on September 1. For the intelligent use of operating vehicles, due to the guidance and promotion of safety standards for the past few years, the development is fast, mainly in the functions of the LDW, FCW, AEBS. At present, the current effective models of operation vehicles are probably 14820, including bus, trucks, 1651 models already have auxiliary driving function, accounting for about 11%. If the number of vehicles is not fully statistic, there is still not fully statistically. Incomplete statistics, Chongqing, Guizhou, Zhejiang, Henan, Shandong and other 10 provinces have added approximately 230,000 operating vehicles in 2020, have been installed around 85,000 or so, probably accounts for 37%. Although only some provincial data, but it is still possible to see that in recent years, the safety standard specification in promoting the safety auxiliary driving function of operation vehicles is still good. As mentioned earlier, the transportation industry drives electricity and intelligent applications, more from users, users to consider, from security, efficiency, etc. to promote technical progress, and standard model management is a very important means. We all know that there are too many models in the past, especially the trucks, too messy, small, scattered, and chaos in our country. Here is a statistically in 2017, the number of operating vehicles is as high as more than 40,000, the threshold is particularly low, such a disorderly competitive situation is not good for the transportation industry, which is more disadvantageous to the development of the enterprise industry. In the 14820 model, 296 new energy models, the next step in the management of the standard model, consider adding some requirements for new energy models, and further provides support for new energy operations.
Operating vehicle intelligent classification, grading, staging layout

Promote new energy, clean energy applications, promote highway freight energy-saving and emission reduction, promote all urban bus tools and urban logistics distribution vehicles to achieve electricity, new energy and cleanup. Of course, this is a vision goal, but also strengthens the development of intelligent networks, forming an autonomous controlled complete industrial chain.
At the end of the 2020 year, the Ministry of Transport officially issued guidance on promoting the development and application of road traffic automatic driving technology. For classification, SAE is also classified.
